RCA Level 2/3 Support
Job Description
* Manage and resolve all issues related to the Distributed Settlements applications. This will include:
1) monitoring the environment,
2) communicating, fixing, escalating as needed,
3) managing immediate issues,
4) researching root cause for all incidents or working with L3 to research and documents,
5) continuous follow-up with Ops and other parties to ensure corrections are made to fix the breaks on the T1 report (problem management).
* Capable of independent learning and working.
* Expected to transfer very sophisticated knowledge and concepts to others in the team.
* Expected to communicate and share with Mainframe team so the settlements group works together as one.
Qualifications
* External Street Side.
* Knowledge Unix, Java, Azure basic concepts, Db2, sysbase, MSSQL.
Additional
* Autosys, splunk.
* Good debugging/troubleshooting skills, eager to learn and curious.
* Needs to be resourceful and demonstrate ability to think on their feet.
* Excellent communication skills.
