Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management team. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of IAM solutions and processes across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience in the banking or financial services industry, as well as experience with Visio.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement IAM solutions and processes across the organization.
• Analyze business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
• Develop process documentation, use cases, process flows and detailed requirements for identity and access management solutions.
• Create and maintain Visio diagrams for identity and access management solutions.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of IAM solutions.
• Monitor and review identity and access management systems, processes and procedures.
• Create effective training materials and provide user training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management related issues and problems.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on system performance.
• Analyze and recommend solutions to improve system performance.

Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience with Visio is a must.
• Knowledge of identity and access management systems, processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of system testing and debugging techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
