Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer with 7-10 years of experience, who has a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and experience in the banking or Financial services industry. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating, maintaining and improving documentation for various IAM initiatives. The Technical Writer will be expected to have comprehensive knowledge of IAM processes and technologies and have the ability to research and analyze new and existing technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Create, maintain, and improve IAM technical documentation, including user guide, process documents, implementation guides, white papers, and training materials.
• Research and analyze new and existing IAM technologies and processes.
• Develop and maintain IAM operational procedures, workflows and templates.
• Work with IAM team to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Identify and document areas for improvement in IAM processes and procedures.
• Ensure IAM documentation is in compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Remain current on industry trends and best practices in IAM.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure documentation meets.
• Banking or Financial Services Industry experience is preferred.
