Job Description

– Ensure all orders/transactions are recorded in the Mobile Device Management Portal.
– Act as a liaison between the portal supplier and mobile carriers and /or end users.
– Asset Management of spare pool inventory.
– Identify and escalate priority issues.
– 2-3 years of experience in Excel.

General Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service.
– Learn and maintain relevant training on postal operations.
– Conduct job duties in a timely and productive manner.
– Prepare reports related to mobile procurement.
– Ensures compliance with all company procedures and guidelines including Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Location.

Specific:
– Oversee all mobile device orders within the region.
– Assist with carrier invoice escalations.
– Submit invoices for the Company processing.
– Resolution of escalations.
– Ordering devices from third-party vendors within the region.
– Manage the ordering and distribution of third-party accessories within the region.

Desired skillsets:
– Knowledge of how mobile carrier contracts work.
– Experience with ordering technology equipment and specifically Mobile devices.
– Experience with working through logistics as it relates to the disbursement of technology assets.
– Knowledge of Apple and Android mobile devices.
– Knowledge of mobile device offerings.
