Enterprise User connectivity

Job Description

· On-prem, public cloud, SDWAN, and MAN/WAN/LAN network experience.
· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, provision new services, and maintain enterprise network standards.
·Take a lead role in development of network design and architecture to meet company security, redundancy, scalability, and performance goals.
· Perform policy configuration and maintenance on company firewall and VPN devices.
· Monitor production voice and data network services and conduct proactive capacity planning.
· Maintain patch management and software/firmware upgrade procedures for critical network infrastructure.
· Implement network capabilities that support enterprise disaster recovery processes and business continuity plans.
· Develop and support service level agreements, network service availability metrics, and management reports.
· Engage vendors and third-parties when necessary to resolve issues or analyze design options.
· Participate in enterprise projects as needed to assess technical fit and ensure alignment between business and IT goals.
· Propose and implement technology focused projects that improve security or improve overall IT capabilities and services.
