Software Deployment Coordinator

This role will be responsible for providing a single interface for software deployments for Windows 10 / 11 Platform (Desktops, Laptops, Virtuals)
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating Technology Deployments using SCCM (e.g. windows software, security products, 3rd party applications etc.)
* Manage all stages of the deployment life cycle: planning, testing, implementation, and closure
* Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations globally
* Post-deployment follow-ups such as metrics reporting, tracking and troubleshooting
* Prepare project documentation and procedures
* Follow global standards and procedures & attend global meetings
* Project coordination/ management experience specifically on IT Infrastructure
* Devise processes and workflows to streamline project deployment
* Provide firm-wide desktop operational services.
* Perform deployment pre-check outs and post-checkouts, analyze checkouts and escalate in a timely manner.
* Manage Deployment ticket lifecycle using ServiceNow.
Professional Skills Required:
* Exceptional verbal and written communications are a must
* High quality interpersonal skills are essential
* Proficient in English
* Technical Skills Required:
* SCCM
* Basic knowledge of PowerShell
* Basic knowledge of Jira
* Basic Knowledge of Service now
* Windows OS (Win10,11), Virtual desktop “Citrix”, Desktop Apps
* Proficient in MS Excel
