Job Description

– Providing technical support/troubleshooting of Incidents/Service Requests in 24×7 rotational shifts.
– Day to day administration of L1/2 VMware tasks, Issues handling and trouble shooting.
– Managing & troubleshooting VMs, ESXi Hosts and Center Servers in Sphere 6. & 7. environment Sending daily, weekly and monthly reports; maintaining inventory for ESXi Hosts, vApps and Centers

Hands-on experience on:
– Patching and Upgrading ESXi Hosts Monitoring and managing Backup issues of Center servers

Basic knowledge on:
– UCS and Dell blade Servers and chassis
– Coordinating with cisco and Dell technical support for DIMM, PSU & motherboard replacements
– Basic knowledge of VMware CLI
– Basic knowledge on ITIL process and ticketing tools like Remedy.
– Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
