- We are seeking a A mid-senior level Systems Architect with expertise in VMware, OS, Monitoring, and Automation to join our dynamic team.
Technical Skills:
- Design, implement, and manage VMware-based infrastructure solutions to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline data center operations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system architecture and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support for OS-level configurations and troubleshooting.
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all system designs and implementations.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes for future reference.
Process Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Architect with a focus on VMware technologies.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and their configurations.
- Expertise in monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Experience with data center infrastructure management and virtualization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are a plus.
