Team Profile:
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is Risk & Resilience Management position at Associate level which is part of the job family responsible for supporting ownership and execution of the Global Technology Risk Management Standard, Procedure and Controls Committee. In this role the candidate will be joining a mature team striving to continually enhance and strengthen our Technology Risk Governance controls and oversight to facilitate delivery of firm and Technology strategy in an appropriately governed manner.

The Technology Risk Governance – Metrics Governance team runs multiple global Technology Risk Metrics reporting programs end to end. These are used primarily to inform management of Risk across Technology control domains and drive oversight and escalation through risk and management committees. The team are also product owners for metric dashboards across Qlikview, Tableau and PowerBI platforms with a complementary development and data sourcing team executing on business requirements.

The team is currently based across multiple regions with representation in Bangalore, Glasgow and Montreal.

Primary Responsibilities:
Supporting Operational BAU:
• Support recurring monthly processes to monitor, report and escalate Technology Risk Metrics to numerous stakeholder and management forums.
• Analyze risk indicators to identify and escalate appropriate issues for management attention
• Production of multiple senior management metrics and risk commentary reporting materials on a monthly and quarterly basis to satisfy regulatory requirements
• Perform investigation of highlighted risks to identify and facilitate resolution of potential issues in support of reporting
• Produce ad-hoc MI reporting by extracting, cleansing and analyzing data
• Quality assurance of management reporting, presentations and Business Intelligence tooling
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to understand business needs and translate these into fit for purpose business requirements for tooling and process improvements
• Proactively engage with stakeholders from all levels of the organisation
• Utilize data analysis tool sets to analyse and interpret information, identify root causes of problems & draw conclusions
• Support internal, external and regulatory audit responses in relation to technology risk reporting and metrics as required
• Define business requirements and collaborate with development teams to drive functional enhancements to existing BI tooling.
Supporting Metrics Uplift Program:

• Own activity to maintain and refresh a collated inventory of all formally reported Technology and Cyber metrics across Technology.
o Transition current manual excel inventory into SharePoint List
o Work with stakeholders across the firm to periodically refresh the inventory.
o Work with stakeholders across the firm to enhance the associated meta-data of the inventory.
o Act as a liaison with other teams involved in metrics uplift program to design and execute a rationalization process, driving the use of new/ authorized metrics in replacement of legacy metrics used across committees.

Required Skills:
• Educated to degree level in relevant subject (e.g. Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Management)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong data analysis skills with knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulae)
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft packages experience (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience of stakeholder engagement at different levels of an organization
• Experience of working with Business Intelligence tooling (e.g. Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau)
• Experience of working in agile development process from business owner perspective. Familiar with jira creation and conveying requirement to developers.
• Accurate, tenacious and delivery focused mindset with good attention for detail
• Comfort working with multiple deadlines and managing ad-hoc priority tasks.
• Comfort working with ambiguity, managing and resolving complex issues
• Working knowledge of Technology applications and infrastructure (e.g. server, network, platform desktop environment) and how they are used in large organizations.
