* The client is interested in getting a complete understanding of how Warranty & Claims work in the Cloud
• MOS710, within that COS470
• MOS750
* Warranty requires knowledge and configuration skills across many M3 modules including master data, COM, Finance, Equipment, Work orders and MCOs.
* The material needs to cover:
– Warranty selection
– Warranty type
– Warranty content
– Internal customer/payer
– Agreements
– Content claims
– Suppliers
– Extended warranty
– Individual machines mos 390
– Warranty funds
– Warranty details/claim details
– Warranty type
– Warranty content
– Internal customer/payer
– Agreements
– Content claims
– Suppliers
– Extended warranty
– Individual machines mos 390
– Warranty funds
– Warranty details/claim details
* WORKSHOP – Warranty and Claims Processing
* M3 WORKSHOP – Warranty and Claims Processing
* This is a non-standard informal training workshop with approximately 8 hours of preparation and 8 hours of delivery.
* Since these were scoped as consultant-led workshops, the expectation is that the delivery resource will meet with the customer to discuss their needs and set an agenda accordingly.
* The training will be remote for the eastern time zone.
* Dates are TBD.
