While you might consider a variety of things before joining a team, our recruitment process has only one main focus – YOU. We aim to be as transparent and accessible as possible. Our recruitment process gives candidates the opportunity to understand our key values and how we work as a team.
From your first job search to your final decision to join the Alltech team, here’s what you can expect from our recruitment process:

THE SEARCH

Look for positions and make a list of jobs you want to pursue. Afterwards, apply for all positions in which you have interest and for which you are most qualified.

RECRUITER REVIEW

A recruiter will review your application and determine if your abilities and experience make you a solid match for the position.

THE INTERVIEW

Once a recruiter has reviewed your application, he or she will reach out to schedule a meeting with you – possibly by telephone, video chat or in person. Additionally, there may be a series of professional assessments. These depend on the position and can include behavioral-based interviewing and intellectual evaluations, among others.

If the recruiter feels that you are a solid match for the position, then the next step will be an interview with the hiring director, normally done face to face or via telephone.

THE OFFER

If you’re viewed as the best candidate for the position, and both the client and recruiter agree that you are an ideal culture fit for the team, then you can expect to receive both a written and verbal offer from the company.
Remember that even if you don’t receive an offer, we encourage you to keep searching and applying for other positions that fit your objectives and expertise.

ONBOARDING

When we receive your verbal acceptance, we’ll plan to do a background check and request any necessary training verification forms to be completed. Results are generally received within 48 to 72 hours.

After your results are received, we’ll begin the onboarding process by having you fill out new contract paperwork through our applicant tracking system. At that point, we’ll schedule your first welcome week with Alltech!
