We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing – Associate to be responsible for maintaining the Company at Works paid media presence across Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, Digital Direct, Paid Referral and Programmatic including ABM.
As a key member of our team, you will work with stakeholders across the firm to craft engaging paid media campaigns with the goals of acquiring net new prospects, increase brand awareness/affinity and driving further audience engagement and traffic to the website.
In this role, you will oversee the Company at Works global media efforts supporting our B2B line of business campaigns throughout strategy, planning and execution phases, working with internal stakeholders and external media agency resources to develop cross-channel plans that deliver upon campaign objectives. This individual should have hands-on experience with detailed tactical media plan development, the ability to develop strategic partnerships for the brand and strong project management skills to support the documentation, activation, and overall performance of media. Media agency experience and working with B2B clients is a strong preference for this candidate.
This high-profile role is responsible for supporting our Line of Business media campaigns, from briefing through media plan development and execution. Line of Business initiatives currently include campaign management for our Brand, Equity Solutions including our executive services, Financial Wellness and Retirement Solutions.
