Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help us build a secure and efficient role-based access control system with segregation of duties controls. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry and a deep understanding of RBAC and SOD principles.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, configure, and maintain RBAC and SOD policies and controls.
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive access control systems.
• Monitor compliance with RBAC and SOD policies and procedures.
• Investigate incidents of unauthorized access and take corrective actions.
• Evaluate and test new software related to access control systems.
• Work with developers to ensure that RBAC and SOD controls are incorporated into new applications.
• Prepare reports and presentations to senior management.
• Document processes and procedures related to access control systems.
Skills:
• Proven working experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of RBAC and SOD principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and security tools.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.
Education:
• 7-10 years of experience in the banking or Financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SOD).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
