Project Description:
The animation studio is looking for a software engineer to help port Premo, the company’s proprietary character animation and rigging tool, to Qt5. As a QT5 expert, you will need to collaborate closely with the internal Engineering Team to identify the most efficient way to complete the migration and, at the same time, to support the backward compatibility functions with a set of application reference modules. Participation in similar migration projects and a passion for challenging development work are essential.

Responsibilities:
● Work with technical leadership to port Premo from Qt4 to Qt5.
● Develop clean, maintainable, and documented solutions.
● Develop thorough unit tests to validate solutions.

Mandatory Skills Description:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
● At least two years experience in software development.
● Strong C/C++ software development skills.
● 4+ years of expertise in Qt development. Strong QT5 knowledge.
● Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
● Experience in problem solving and balancing quick turnaround with long-term quality.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
● Experience in large-scale application development.
● Expertise with OpenGL.
