Software Consultant I

Job Description

We are looking for a Software Consultant I to perform the following job duties.

Requirement: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems

Job Duties:
●Strategize and integrate infrastructure automation solutions for global use within the organization as a member of the Hybrid Integration Platform Team within the IT Infrastructure Delivery vertical.
●Develop an internal self-service one-stop service portal to handle various IT functions, including managing entitlements, provisioning, firewall management, load-balancing, and demising for internal cloud, patching, and management of Kubernetes clusters.
●Implement an internal content management framework that supports various distributed compute actions through underlying MuleSoft API integration.
●Utilize Agile and DevOps methodologies for development, containerization, CI/CD, reporting, and configuration management.
●Incorporate new middleware products into the self-service operational tool that provides automated capability to manage all Unix/Linux based environments, improving business efficiency, and reducing manual support.
●Enhance reporting metrics to collect middleware inventory, product details, patching, configuration, and licensing information based on region and LOBs.
●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices and standards related to infrastructure automation and management.
●Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies related to middleware and infrastructure automation to ensure the organization is utilizing the most efficient and effective solutions.
