Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Level Owner to join our team, playing a pivotal role in managing projects and maintaining technical documentation around critical areas such as Call Centers, WAN, IPSec B2B VPNs, ISP/Edge Networks, and Cloud Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical writing, and an overall understanding of networking technologies, particularly Cisco and Arista.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage projects related to Call Centers, WAN, IPSec B2B VPNs, ISP/Edge Networks, and Cloud Services.
– Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
– Create comprehensive technical documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
– Develop user guides, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient support and troubleshooting.
– Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
– Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and status.

Mandatory Skills Description:
– 8+ years’ work experience in a relevant field
– Proven experience in project management within a technology-driven environment.
– Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
– Familiarity with networking technologies.
– Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
– Cisco or Arista certifications.
– Previous experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
