Senior Database Administrator

Job Description

* Work with EFP technical team to plan/prepare and execute migration of e-Business Suite and TPE (Transfer Payment Extension) application from On-Prem Supercluster to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
* Performance tuning of e-Business Suite R12.2/19c in multi-node RAC environment.
* Configure, deploy Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Universal Directory (OUD), Oracle Directory Integration Platform (DIP), E-Business Suite Access Gate and EBS Webgate.
* Installation and configuration of iSupplier in R12.2.
* Manage and proactively monitor using OEM 13c.
* Update Disaster Recovery technical procedures for IFIS CORE and TPE
* Provide day-to-day operational and maintenance support to the existing e-Business Suite and Oracle Data Guard application environments.
* Document all new procedures and processes and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to the EFP Oracle e-Business Suite DBAs.

Must Haves:
* e-Business Suite Applications R12.2 and Oracle Data Guard application (installation, configuration, maintenance, patching, upgrade and cloning).
* Expert knowledge in migrating e-Business Suite Applications to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
* Expert level knowledge of migrating Oracle technologies from Unix (Solaris) to Oracle Enterprise Linux / Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x/6.x/7.x.
* Expert level knowledge of Oracle 19c database administration, maintenance, security implementation, upgrade and patching, database performance tuning, sizing and capacity planning, database backup and recovery using RMAN.

Nice to Have:
* Previous Public Sector experience is an asset.
* Knowledge of supporting SSO as part of EBS installation.
* Knowledge of OUD, OID, DIP, ODSM EBS Webgate and Access gate.
