Technology COO Division, and Technology People Development Department at our Company:
The Technology People Development (PD) team sits within the Technology Chief Operating Officer division. The mission of Technology is to enable the Technology division to achieve outstanding results by delivering world class programs supporting their teams and strategic objectives. The Technology organization provides centralized services for Governance Oversight, Strategic People Development, Workforce Strategy Planning and Implementation, and effective Communication and Team Engagement. The Technology People Development Team offers Junior Talent Intake, Continuous Learning, and Career Enablement programming with associated operational and reporting support for the 25K+ people in the Technology organization.

We also strategically foster a world class learning culture supporting Company’s Technology team members to be their best. Initiatives managed by the team include Technology Intern and Analyst Programs, Transformation Center of Excellence (e.g. Agile, Cloud, Data, Dev Ops, AI ML, Automation, Innovation) and Technical Skills Training programs and single courses), Tech eLearning platforms, Learning Culture programs, Tech New Hire Orientation programs, Mobility and Mentorship programs, Professional Skills and Business Knowledge Training in the Americas, Training Operations and Reporting and associated supporting tooling. Our team of 20+, located across the globe, also partner closely with Firmwide HR on a variety of Talent initiatives.

We are seeking a learning and development consultant to:
1) partner with senior IT managers and other key stakeholders to design and develop strategic learning programs;
2) create Learning Paths for roles defined by the Job Architecture program and other organizational inputs;
3) partner with HR to ensure professional and business skills learning programs are rolled out for the Americas region;
4) assist with other Technology People Development initiatives, as required.

The consultant should be an entrepreneurial initiative-taker who can navigate the broad organization with strong collaboration, program management, and communication skills, and is confident working independently.

The ideal partner will be enthusiastic about technology, people development and optimization of processes/ continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement global People Development Tech Skills Training solutions, including sharing and implementation of new and best practices.
– Drive development of learning programs end-to-end, including Needs Identification, Assessment, Curriculum Design, Development and Delivery of Learning Programs
– Optimize delivery methods, including use of eLearning vendors, creating learning paths suited to the needs of Companies Technologists
– Assist in smooth, effective, and efficient execution of training programs, and related internal and stakeholder reporting/ engagement.
– Create and maintain sites related to training and development programs.

Experience:
– 5+ years of technology training design, development, and delivery experience
– 3+ years in financial services and/ or data driven process organizations.
– Demonstrable integrity, grit, flexibility, fortitude, positivity, judgement, and compassion
– Experience with learning management systems as well as learning experience platforms
– Comfortable team members (at all levels of seniority) stakeholders, upper senior and clients in different regions across Asia, EMEA and Americas.

Skills:
– Strong verbal and written communications skills, in English
– Collaboration skills and excellence orientation
– Familiarity and high interest in emerging technologies
– Experience with eLearning authoring tools (i.e., Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
– Ability to work well in an agile team environment, build and maintain a network of contacts and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Technology.
– Structured thinker with the ability to create and implement innovative process improvement solutions
– Open-minded, positive, independent problem-solving and initiative-taking collaborator
