Job Description:

Position:
* This role is in the Security Engineering team focused on the IAM privileged access management space.
* This role will be focused on the development of tooling for the firm’s privileged access management solutions such as (CyberArk), and creation of end-to-end tooling around it to support use cases on promises as well as cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Enhance tooling to support the management and onboarding of credentials to CyberArk.
* Work with customers to understand their requirements for integration and custom credential management processes.
* Provide subject matter expertise on the CyberArk solution and provide guidance on how existing functionality provided by legacy solutions may be both replaced and enhanced by CyberArk.
* Engage with End User Technology and Workplace Support Services departments to develop deployment strategies.
* Engage with Technology Risk on a regular basis to ensure that the solution is meeting both internal and external regulatory requirements.
* Provide technical support to operation team and clients.
* Maintain hygiene of the platform infrastructure across all environments.
* Provide support for production platforms through health monitoring and root cause troubleshooting.
* Support operations in their efforts to deliver a consistent and performant production platform.
* Escalate and liaise with additional internal/external groups when required.
* Ensure optimum performance, high availability, and stability of solutions.

Required Skills:
* 15+ years of experience of deploying solutions within large enterprise clients.
* 10+ years of experience with CyberArk or a major PAM product.
* CyberArk plugin development and integration with diverse set of technologies running on various platforms.
* Advanced CyberArk certifications such as Guardian or Sentry will be big plus.
* Experience with developing, delivering, and supporting software for Windows and Linux operating systems.
* Experience leveraging DevSecOps practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Test Automation, Build Automation to enable efficient delivery of working code utilizing tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, Ansible.
* Quick learner, self-motivated, maintain high standard of professional conduct and practice.
* Flexible and self-driven team player assisting/mentoring members when required.
* Strong task management and organizational skills to ensure balance and timely completion of ongoing efforts.

Desired Skills:
* Sound SDLC practices using systems such as JIRA and GIT
* Proficient with API development
* Software development experience with C#/.NET
* Software development experience with Java / Spring Boot knowledge a plus
* Scripting experience with PowerShell
