Team Profile:
The Human Resources Project/Program Management function is responsible for centralized oversight, coordination and delivery of large scale divisional projects and initiatives, including prioritization; resource and financial capacity management; risk identification and mitigation; governance and alignment to business goals and defined project standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
The team serves as a centralized function supporting Human Resources globally by ensuring adherence to departmental and Firm standards. The principal role is to assist the division with project management of new products or services by managing the cost, schedule, and scope. This is achieved by partnering with HR functional SMEs, business management teams, and Technology partners.
Specific Responsibilities include:
– Proactively manage full life cycle of complex cross-functional projects to deliver them in-scope, on-time and on-budget
– Develop detailed project plans with realistic, achievable goals, defined actions and milestones
– Ensure visibility to the project progress, milestones, and performance across all projects
– Leverage project management principles and methodologies to identify, manage and resolve issues and risks, ensure quality results
– Utilize an objective, transparent, fact-based perspective to proactively recommend opportunities of improvement to senior stakeholders
– Engage with project sponsors, stakeholders, change management and communication partners to actively gather input, or solicit and address feedback.
– Oversee and develop project budgets, schedules, works plans, resource requirements, cost estimates and projections
Desired Qualifications:
– Experience in driving and leading large-scale projects
– University degree and 7+ years Project Management experience
– Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written skills
– Advanced proficiency in various project management methodologies, especially Agile methodologies.
– Ability to integrate project management discipline into a product management type of organization structure.
– Ability to build relationships across the regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels.
– Ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment
– Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
– Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
– Experience in managing Human Resources projects would be desired.
– MS-Project, MS Excel, and general MS-Office skills essential.
