* Strong Data Analysis Skills and Capabilities with the ability to drive Analysis independently.
* Strong skills in writing complex SQL queries.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for data issues.
* Knowledge of Data Modeling and exposure to Data Modeling Tools is a plus.
* Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Proven ability to handle production issues.
* Experience working with ESS Business Teams and knowledge of ESS Business Terminology and Policy/Claims Data Elements.
