Senior HRIS Analyst, Workday Compensation and Reporting
Job Description
The Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of assigned Workday modules including Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management (Talent/Career Development, Performance Management, & Peakon) at the Company. Support the appropriate Centers of Excellence (CoEs) by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production, and project support. Ensure maximum, efficient utilization of resources and vendors.
The Sr. HRIS Analyst reports to the HRIS Director.
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for all aspects of development and maintenance of Workday Compensation, Reporting, and Talent Management & Peakon Engagement capabilities including support of project planning, requirements gathering, designing, configuring, testing, creating user documentation, and providing operational support. This role requires the analytical capabilities of a business systems analyst, the creativity of a solution architect, and the process knowledge of a functional lead. Other modules (such as Recruiting, and HCM) may be cross-supported as part of this role.
• Provide functional/technical support to end users by troubleshooting issues (research and resolve) using case management systems and internal team mailbox
• Perform system analysis and provide recommendations to help streamline set up/process where appropriate; recognize process re-engineering opportunities and recommend improvements and innovative solutions to optimize system capabilities
• Support research, design, document, maintain and develop new business processes, new functionalities, reports & dashboards with an emphasis on the user experience and system standards
• Work with key stakeholders to inspire collaboration and trust to deliver an amazing and intuitive experience
• Configure appropriate components for cyclical processes.
• Coordination with and support of CoEs in execution of cyclical processes
• Responsible for supporting successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within established timelines, as well as project-related support for recurring processes; including system releases/upgrades, enhancements, and process redesign
• Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes
• Support development of training materials and partner in change management efforts
• Support configuration testing, conduct/coordinate configuration testing, regression and user acceptance testing of Workday configuration with users to ensure system stabilization and business continuity
• Evaluate reporting needs for assigned functional areas; deliver solutions such as Standard or Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, etc.

The Candidate (requirements):
• Bachelor’s degree, required
• Strong background in Workday HRIS operations
• Minimum of 2+ years of focused Workday Configuration experience in multiple disciplines; strong emphasis on Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Reporting, & Talent/Performance
