Who are we looking for?
M365 Messaging SME with min 8+ years of relevant Experience
Technical Skills:
Relevant Experience -:
- Candidate must have Experience in design & implementation Knowledge of M365 Migrations from On prem to Online and Tenant to Tenant using both native & 3rd party tool.
- SME knowledge of Exchange & outlook 2010/2013/2016/2019
- PowerShell scripting for Exchange/ Exchange Online
- Experience of HA clustering solutions and management of uptime
- Resource monitoring experience on a real time basis to maintain High Availability
- Mail Routing troubleshooting engaging with multiple partner systems and owning the progress of resolutions across outside domains.
- Migration from Exchange 2010 to 2013/2016/2019.
- Migration & Transformation of Exchange on-premises to M365 Exchange Online.
- Patching Exchange servers, vulnerability fix.
- Familiar with email gateway solutions like Mimecast, Proofpoint, Symantec, CISCO Iron Port etc.
- Experience on Journaling & Archiving solution.
- Understanding of email security principles relating to Exchange environments
- Skype for Business Server/Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Intune
- Experience of an ITIL managed environment
- Active directory/Azure AD, MS Defender, Security & Compliance
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
Skills – Useful:
- Skype for Business server & Team’s knowledge would be preferable
- Exchange 2010/2013/2016/2019 & Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Intune.
- IOS, Android device support and troubleshooting experience
- Experience of an ITIL managed environment
- GAL replication through a multi domain environment
Overall Experience -:
Candidate having total experience Min 8 Years to Max 12 years in IT infrastructure services & UCC.
- SME knowledge of Outlook 2010, 2016, 2019 in a Windows 10 environment
- SME knowledge of Exchange 2010/2016/2019
- Experience of HA clustering solutions and management of uptime
- Resource monitoring experience on a real time basis to maintain High Availability
- Mail Routing troubleshooting engaging with multiple partner systems and owning the progress of resolutions across outside domains
- Understanding of anti-virus principles relating to Exchange environments
- Experience of an ITIL managed environment
- Active directory support
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
- Good Understanding on ITIL and process
Process Skills:
- Design, prepare Work Breakdown Structure and implement the solution.
- Investigate and resolve incident tickets.
- Handle client escalations and coordination with service providers
- Troubleshooting of various voice related problems and facilitating team members to effectively resolve the issue.
- Change Management, Incident management, Problem Management, configuration management.
- Perform standard day to day activities to maintain good health of the Exchange on-premises, Exchange Online environment.
- Managing and supporting Hybrid Exchange environment, Cloud M365 tenant.
- Identifies unusual technical problems. Responds to client requests in non-standard situations and investigates all the facts.
- To provide support for internal & external customers in resolution of configuration issues & queries
- Liaison with Internal and External agencies in the pursuance of Fault Finding, configuration tasks. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves moderately complex problems with business communication systems.
- Escalate and work with OEM TAC for getting the issues fixed.

- MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging or
- MS 202: Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator Certification Transition
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
- MD-102: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate
- MS-700: Teams Administrator Associate
- AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate
- SC-400: Information Protection & Compliance Administrator Associate
