1. Over 14 years of testing experience in the Salesforce domain, with expertise in independently managing and validating QA processes, especially in the Salesforce Field Service area.
2. Extensive hands-on experience in transitioning from incumbent vendors and leading transformation activities.
3. Proficient in automation using tools such as Selenium, Leapwork, and Copado Test Automation.
4. Managing Onsite-Offshore model
5. Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA)
6. Understanding of different types of testing (e.g., manual, automated, performance)
7. Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java)
8. Experience with automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, TestNG)
9. Performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter)
10. Technical depth including SDLC, integration, and system testing
