Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer.
- 2+ years of experience with CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery, and Asset Management.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, including custom scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions), workflows, and reporting.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities, including SOAP/REST web services and MID Server-based integrations.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, Data Model, and best practices for CI relationship mapping.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly related to Configuration Management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery tool and configuration of probes and sensors.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB is a plus.
