HCM GenAI Specialist
Job Description
HCM (Human Capital Management) Analytics – Research and Insights team is seeking a talented professional for our Montreal office. This role is pivotal in designing emerging Generative AI (GenAI) solutions in HCM, as human review is implemented on AI generated outputs via annotations. As part of our dynamic team, you will help in creating, interpreting and evaluating GenAI annotations as part of the overall design of these solutions.

You will:
• Evaluate existing annotations via manual reviews and statistical analyses in an exciting HCM context.
• Experiment with various development and production versions of GenAI (and other AI) solutions and help interpret strengths and opportunities in a dynamic business context.
• Engage in discussions with annotators, the core project team and other stakeholders to help translate the implied patterns into specific deliverables.
• Contribute to designing the annotation process and produce annotations.
• Have the opportunity to shape the development of HCM’s emerging GenAI solutions, having a firmwide impact at a global scale.
Who you are:
• You hold a BSc in STEM or social sciences. You’re curious and have a quantitative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• You have minimum 5 years of professional experience in applied statistics or business analysis, working with text data. You can confidently perform basic data analysis using Excel or ideally in python.
• You are open to learn new techniques and approaches, including emerging GenAI products or evaluation platforms.
• You can persistently review large amount of data based on given guidelines, and you can effectively communicate complex data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
• Experience with annotations, natural language processing, large language models, and/or GenAI is a plus.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
