Job Description

Position: Technical Service Lead Strong Technical service lead with 12 15 yrs of hands on experience
* He/ She should have experience Cybersecurity domain ( network Security, Email Security, SIEM, VM, App sec, GRC, PAM (Delinea) and IAM)
* He/ She should very strong with soft skills, Delivery management working with Senior Leadership team and strong representation report / ppts
* He / She should be expert in 2 3 Cybersecurity Domain
* He / She should be able to drive initiative, overcome gaps, Risk and challenge in the environment. Proposal best solutions, products & tools to enhance for futuristic readiness to secure platform, asset from cyber Attacks and compromises
* He / She should have project management experience, P&L and invoice management. He/ She should have driven automation through central solutions and AI integration for creating productive benefits.
* He/ She must know ITIL process in reporting incident, Incident management and change management assess risk & impact.
* He / She must have tool knowledge & market updates
* He / She must have experience in driving KPIs, people management, training initiatives to overcome knowledge gaps
* He / She must drive initiates in driving client objectives, provide recommendations and Best Practices in MBR and QBRs Driving Daily standup calls, Weekly reviews, MBR and QBR is mandate with data representation. has context menu
